If you’ve had a chance to receive a Bars session, you know the space and enhanced awareness that’s been made possible in your body and mind. Join thousands of Bars Practitioners in offering this easy and relieving energy system to friends and family, and be able to offer the service to your clients. How does it get any better than that? During this one-day class, you will:
• Learn the 32 Access Bars points and give and receive the system twice with Emily’s assistance
• Learn Access Consciousness tools to facilitate your consciousness to greater awareness
• Begin to tap into your body's innate wisdom
• Become a Certified Access Bars Practitioner and be able to offer and charge for the service

Mentoring
The Dear Heart Psychic Medium Mentoring Circle, named in honor of my mentor, Marge Othrow, as it’s her term of endearment for me. What began as an auspicious, yet straightforward NYC landlord-tenant relationship has evolved into a magical friendship that has spanned 28 years. In short, I would not be who I am today without her love, care, and belief in me. And now, with more than ten years as a NYC-based, internationally sought-after, professional Psychic Medium, tarotist, and energy worker, I am honored to host you on this journey into self-trust and expansion.

In the circle:

  • We’ll be led by the energy – in conversation and community – guided by your questions, without a hard format. 

  • We’ll expand your consciousness and deepen your experience of yourself. 

  • We’ll ignite your self-knowing and personal power. You’ll likely be humbled. I’ll most certainly be awed and humbled by your development and shares. 

  • You’ll become addicted to being astonished by the evidence of living in your magic. 

Format:

  • Meeting at noon, the second Wednesday of every month. Open to the public.

  • Deep Breaths to start. I’ll get started with the submitted questions and follow up with the participant. The questions you pose should be about your experiences of your consciousness. Near death, soul flights, astral travel, weird dreams, premonitions, any inexplicable phenomenon. You get the idea. Nothing is off limits.

  • The point is to empower you - I won't be doing personal readings – but I will guide and ask questions – encouraging you to read your own energy and life experiences

  • You’re encouraged to send questions 24 hours in advance of the class. 

  • Depending on group size, I’ll be monitoring the chat and your raised hands, but I can’t guarantee that I’ll have eyes on all of those details. Bear with me!

  • Having an open mind, heart, and loose agenda is the way.  

Coaching
Private coaching is the proverbial pedal to the metal. It’s a straight shot to detonating blocks and getting a different POV on all that ails you. In coaching, we accelerate the creation of your brand new life and living. But please know this: to create your new being, change is required. This can be difficult or easy. It’s simply a choice. In coaching, I’m here to hold your hand and hold you accountable, with kindness and integrity, through the process.
